Trainee -QC Product Analysis

Key Responsibilities

1. Perform routine analysis of in-process samples, finished products and stability samples using various analytical techniques.
2. Utilize laboratory instruments such as gel electrophoresis, western blot, PCR, UV-Vis’s spectrophotometers and other analytical equipment to conduct tests.
3. Follow established SOPs and STPs to ensure accurate and reliable results and maintain detailed records of all testing and analysis.
4. Document results and maintain records as per cGMP requirements, ensuring timely completion of quality control records.
5. To maintain product related working and reference standards records
6. To calibrate instruments as per the Calibration plan.
7. To calibrate instruments as per standard procedure and maintain records.
8. To participate in investigation of deviation, change control OOT and OOS in QC activity.
9. To participate in internal and external audits to ensure compliance with industry regulations.
10. Report to the Head of the Department - Quality Control and other department designates as per functional requirements
