Associate -QC Microbiologist

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Responsible for sampling, analysis and documentation of water analysis as per approved standard testing procedure.
2. Responsible for execution and documentation of Environmental monitoring programs as per approved standard testing procedure.
3. Perform routine analysis of in process samples, finished product, raw material and stability samples according to established specifications and procedures relating to Sterility , Bioburden, Endotoxin and Growth Promotion
4. To calibrate instruments as per the Calibration plan.
5. To calibrate instruments as per standard procedure and maintain records.
6. To participate in investigation of deviation, change control OOT and OOS in QC activity.
7. To participate in internal and external audits to ensure compliance with industry regulations.
8. Report to the Head of the Department - Quality Control and other department designates as per functional requirements
